Neuroscience & Behavior Research Lab
Bridging biology and behavior for a better mind.

About us
Andrew's Biopsychological Laboratory is dedicated to investigating the neural mechanisms of the brain. Our research centers around three major topics:
A. Animal models of drug addiction behavior.
B. Animal models of psychiatric disorders, including anxiety, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and depression.
C. Neural mechanisms underlying learning and memory
Our laboratory employs a wide range of experimental techniques—including, but not limited to, behavioral pharmacology, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, and Western blotting. These methods are used to examine specific brain regions and molecular responses involved in addiction and psychiatric disorders. In addition to these, we integrate other molecular, cellular, and behavioral approaches to build a comprehensive understanding of the neurobiological basis of mental health conditions and addiction. Through this multidisciplinary framework, we strive to uncover new therapeutic strategies and deepen our knowledge of brain function.
